See the size of the rock before you order it

A name like “3/4 chip” means nothing until you see it in a hand. Every pile here is a photo the yard took of its own bin, with a palm or a shovel in it, so you can judge the size and colour from your couch and then come check it in person.

Delivery · Round trip from the yard

Dumped, spread, or set off the back of the truck by forklift

Our dump truck hauls up to 12 yards of rock or 15 tons in one trip, and the driver can spread it if the truck can maneuver, the spot is clear of overhead power lines and the ground is level. Flagstone and pallets ride the flatbed and come off with our truck-mounted forklift, right next to your project.

Delivery is priced on the round trip mileage from our yard, and certain gravels are discounted by the full dump truck load.

Contractors buy here. So do people with one flower bed.

Pull a pickup into the yard and the loader fills it, or walk the pallets and pick your flagstone by eye. Our mission has always been high quality products and services in a timely manner, and answering as many questions as we can along the way.

“Ordered 28 yards of screened top soil, it was delivered in two days. They knew what they were doing and were very friendly! The dirt was delivered in two loads and they even gave us some extra time to get moving the first load before coming back with the second. We appreciated this because it meant we didn't have to block our driveway completely with all the dirt.”

“Initially I was intimidated by Soracco which is silly because the people that work there are so helpful and super friendly! I bought stone, dirt, sand and pea gravel and have not been disappointed. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions.”

What people ask before they back a trailer in

Something else? Call (509) 469-3836. Hours depend a lot on the weather, so if it is questionable, call before you drive out.

Our truck hauls up to 12 yards of rock or 15 tons, whichever comes first. Several gravels, drain rock, chips and driveway minus among them, are discounted when you take a full dump truck load.

The delivery charge is based on the round trip mileage from our yard at 31 W Washington Ave in Yakima. Give us the address and the material and we will price the load delivered.

Yes, as long as the truck can maneuver in the area, the spot is clear of overhead power lines and the ground is level. If it is tight, tell us when you order and we will talk it through.

A quarter yard. Our tow-behind trailers take from 1/4 yd to 1 3/4 yd, and our 3 1/2 yd mixer truck delivers small pours that a full-size truck would not bother with. We are the short-load specialists, and we pour on Saturdays.

A valid driver's license, current proof of insurance, a 2 inch ball and a 4 prong flat plug. The 1 yd trailer needs at least a 1/2 ton pickup and the 1 3/4 yd trailer a 3/4 ton. No bumper pull. There is a $150 trailer deposit and two hours of rental time included, then $25 an hour.

Our posted season is March 15 to October 31, Monday to Friday 7 to 4 and Saturday 7 to 3. From November through mid-March the yard runs on appointments, so call (509) 469-3836 before you come down. Hours also depend on the weather: if it is questionable, call before you drive out.

Yes. We deliver flagstone and natural stone with our truck-mounted forklift, and as long as we can get to the work area we will set the pallets next to your project, which saves you carrying them.

We sell the materials and the know-how. For stamped and decorative concrete we rent the stamps and supply colour, release and sealer, and if you would rather not do it yourself we can connect you with one of the professionals we work with.
