About the yard
Serving Yakima and Central Washington with landscaping materials since 2008. Rock, soil, stone and short-load concrete, sold from one yard on West Washington Ave.
What the yard is for
Contractors buy here. So do people with one flower bed.
Soracco is a landscape materials yard that is open to the public. Pull in with a pickup or a trailer and the loader fills it, walk the pallets and pick your stone by eye, or have the load delivered across the valley.
Our Mission has always been to provide high quality products and services in a timely manner. We do our best to answer as many questions as we can and strive to provide a great customer shopping experience.

The fleet · Round trip from the yard
Trucks for rock, pallets and short-load concrete
The dump truck hauls up to 12 yards of rock or 15 tons in one trip. Flagstone and other pallets ride the flatbed and come off with the truck-mounted forklift, and the short-load mixer pours concrete from small orders that a full-size truck would not bother with.

What customers wrote after they left the yard
“Ordered 28 yards of screened top soil, it was delivered in two days. They knew what they were doing and were very friendly! The dirt was delivered in two loads and they even gave us some extra time to get moving the first load before coming back with the second. We appreciated this because it meant we didn't have to block our driveway completely with all the dirt.”
“Thank you Soracco for being professional, knowledgeable and kind to deal with!! I was able to get soil from Soracco Landscaping Materials for my garden!!! It was wonderful soil and had an amazing garden! From the loading process to the front office lady this business is a well run organization!!!!”
“Initially I was intimidated by Soracco which is silly because the people that work there are so helpful and super friendly! I bought stone, dirt, sand and pea gravel and have not been disappointed. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions.”
“For a small yard they have a lot of variety. Staff is acknowledgable and aways helpful. Would strongly recommend visiting this landscaping yard.”
